   Fool's   hoaxes  are  a  long-established  tradition  on  Usenet  and
   Internet;  see {kremvax} for an example. In fact, April Fool's Day is
   the   only   seasonal   holiday   consistently  marked  by  customary
   observances on Internet and other hacker networks.
